**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and promoting products through effective communication and upselling techniques.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their purchases.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos.
- Assist in upselling additional products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

**Skills**
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service abilities to foster positive relationships.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Experience in technical or technology sales is beneficial.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to effectively upsell products to meet customer needs.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in conducting product demonstrations to engage customers.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
