## Job Overview

# Duties
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage client policy renewals as well as re-market existing clients when necessary
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

# Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in general insurance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Multilingual abilities, especially proficiency in Mandarin, is a plus
- Knowledge of retail sales practices and sales administration processes
- Familiarity with insurance products and services
