**Duties**:

- Maintain accurate employee data, including personal, employment, and payroll information within NAV Microsoft Dynamics.
- Review all personnel documents for accuracy and completion before entry to ensure data. security and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Customize the HRIS to align with HR policies and processes.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Generate reports for HR decision-making and compliance.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Train HR staff and end-users on how to use the HRIS system effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to implement HRIS projects and integrations.
- Work with stakeholders to define HRIS requirements and prioritize system improvements.
- Execute HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and data migrations.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve HRIS performance and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, ComputerScience, or a related field.
- 3 years of work experience as an HRIS Specialist or in a similar role, within an ERP/HRIS system, preferably within Microsoft Dynamics and Workday.
- Experience providing reporting solutions to HR/business users, preferably within Microsoft Dynamics and Workday.
- Hands-on experience with complex HR database administration for medium-sized organizations of 500 to 600 employees.
- Familiarity with ERP/HRIS system implementation processes.
- Strong technical aptitude for HR systems functionality and analytics.
- Impeccable attention to detail to help maintain our HRIS architecture, processes, security, and data integrity.
- Advanced computer skills are required in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Word, PowerPoint, MS Edge, and SharePoint.
- Highly developed organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be fully vaccinated or be exempt from vaccination on human rights grounds. COSTI reserves the right to require information establishing the validity of the exemption.

**Starting Salary Range**:

- $63,963 to $68,254 per annum + benefits
