About Us:
RonOvations is a fast-growing roofing and exterior renovation company proudly serving Simcoe County and York Region. We specialize in roofing, siding, soffit/fascia, and eavestrough services. As we expand, we're looking for a reliable and experienced Branch Manager.

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling, materials, and jobsite coordination
- Supervise and support project managers, and subcontractors
- Monitor quality control and ensure safety standards are met on all job sites
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Handle hiring, training, and performance management of branch staff
- Ensure branch meets performance goals including sales, service quality, and profitability
- Collaborate with head office on budgeting, reporting, and business strategy
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Oversee equipment and inventory management

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or a related industry (management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret contracts, estimates, and construction drawings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using technology (CRM, scheduling tools, mobile apps)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
