**Responsibilities**:

- Takes responsibility for daily management of site coordination and site organization.
- Ensures daily site clean-up occurs.
- Takes responsibility for site safety as per WorkSafe BC standards, including running safety meetings and completing necessary documentation.
- Project dependent, performs the following carpentry duties:

- Formwork - slabwork, some retaining walls and architectural concrete (smaller scope)
- Framing - renovations and larger project backframing
- Siding - vinyl, cedar, hardi plank and trimwork
- Building envelope - weather barriers, rainscreen, flashing & detailing
- Window and door installation
- Finishing carpentry
- Hardware and accessory installation
- Minor drywall patching
- Painting, painting touch-ups and caulking
- Project dependent, performs the following site preparation duties:

- Demolition
- Jack-hammering
- Digging
- Slab preparation and rebar
- Mobilization and demobilization/clean-up
- Operating Alair equipment
- Sets up and maintains project signage.
- Follows project schedule and provides feedback to project manager on achievements.
- Communicates with project manager to attain Alair equipment as needed.
- Liaises with subtrades to enable their work on site.
- Interfaces with building and municipal officials on site.
- Manages, organizes and resolves warranty items.
- Some site supervision.
- Other duties as required.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
