Join our small, busy, and growing coffee shop team

Keating Coffee is looking for a reliable, experienced new team member to help us keep delivering fast, friendly service in our popular local coffee shop. This is a weekday-only, full-time position—perfect for someone who thrives in a busy morning-to-afternoon routine and loves creating a great customer experience.
- Note: We are looking for someone who is available year-round, not just for summer._

What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista or food prep experience is strongly preferred
- Someone who is quick on their feet, calm under pressure, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
- Great communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail
- A reliable team player who’s comfortable learning quickly and helping across roles when needed
- Long-term availability is required — this position is not suitable for short-term summer-only applicants

Hours & Pay
- Full-time: Monday to Friday
- Shift hours: Approximately 7:30 AM - 2:40 PM
- No weekends or stat holidays
- Pay: Starting at $18/hour + generous tips

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly, efficient attitude
- Prepare espresso-based and specialty hot and cold drinks
- Handle transactions using our POS system
- Prep and serve light breakfast and lunch items
- Assist with opening and closing the shop
- Restock supplies and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Occasionally help with supplier orders
