Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking a dedicated, long-term and dependable full-time Barista & Shipper to join our team

**Role Overview**:
This is a hybrid position that combines the fast-paced energy of a barista with the organizational skills required for shipping and fulfilling orders. You will be a key part of our customer experience while also helping manage our shipping process. If you are passionate about great tasting sweets, providing exceptional customer service, and enjoy being involved in the behind-the-scenes operations of a growing business, this role is for you

**Barista Duties (65%)**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality bistro items, coffee beverages, espresso drinks, teas, and other café offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
- Greet and assist customers with their orders, providing excellent service and recommendations.
- Keep the shopping area stocked and ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned daily.

**Shipping Responsibilities (35%)**:

- Accurately package and label outgoing orders for local and national shipping.
- Coordinate with the packing team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist with order tracking and ensuring all shipping deadlines are met.

Keep accurate records of shipped orders assisting with any customer inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous barista experience is a plus, but not required - we’re happy to train the right person
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing shipping tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for the café and bakery industry.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
