**Position Title**: Inventory Control Clerk
**Location**: Saanichton, BC, V8M 1Z7
**Starting Minimum**: $18/hour

**Job Type**: Full Time Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**:
Inventory Control
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Update inventory management systems with accurate data.
- Investigate and resolve inventory issues, including damaged or missing items.
- Assist in preparing for audits, physical inventory counts, and returns.

Location Maintenance
- Analyze and maintain warehouse locations to maximize productivity.
- Generate warehouse velocity reports and assign locations to new products.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

Additional duties as assigned
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Warehouse and inventory control work experience is an asset but not required.
- Training will be provided.
- Commitment to safety standards and practices.
- Willingness to work in a cold environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks requiring lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing 30+ lbs. safely and effectively.
- Physical fitness and stamina to sustain prolonged periods of activity, repetitive movements, and manual labor.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.
