CMC Markets has an exciting new opportunity for a Client Services Executive

Our Toronto office is looking for a Client Services Executive (French Bilingual) to work collaboratively with our Premium Client Management team and wider business. You will play a major role in creating a positive client experience through exceptional service and problem solving.

Who we’re looking for?
- You will excel in Customer Service.
- You will be Bilingual in English and French
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- This could be a move for you from a large firm to smaller organisation where you will gain more exposure into the business.
- This could be your first step into the Financial Services space.
- You may have studied Business, Finance, Economics etc and are looking for a break into the industry
- Demonstrate resilience and capacity to work with customers in a high-volume call centre
