**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Assist in contacting clients to process their intake
- Assist with data entry and document management
- Maintain and organize physical files
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
- Provide phone support with excellent etiquette

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or dealing with residential real estate
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proficient at typing and using office software
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese an asset
