**Responsibilities**
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
- Prepare and implement the project cost management plans in a manner that provides accurate and timely control of project costs, and accurate costs for reporting to key stakeholders: including RBS Leadership, Portfolio Manager, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Purchasing, Sourcing & Contracting, Accounting, and FP&A Team.

**Project Cost Control and Coordination**
- Working with the Product Strategy Specialist, RBS, Product Managers, Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Purchasing Agents:

- Support the set-up and implementation of the Project Controls management systems, processes and workflows.
- Assist with preparation of the overall Project Control Plan and validating RBS project invoices/WO against delivery.
- Prepare and maintain vendor WO summaries, supporting the creation of new work orders, invoices tracking, and WO fulfillment tracking.
- Support the development of the project budgets by aligning the project estimate and procurement packaging.
- Perform the required cost control transactions and functions.
- Support the analysis of project cost impact and delays and review of periodic project cost updates.
- Arrange and facilitate Project Cost and Schedule review meetings.
- Prepare project cost status reports, cost trending, and cost analysis.
- Provide monthly project variance analysis and an early warning to management on cost variances to the approved baseline/forecast for all RBS projects.
- Acts as a focal point of contact for project coordinators and project managers in acquiring detailed project cost information, including invoices, payments, accruals, etc.
- Perform change management functions and maintain change management records of scope changes, trends, and variances.
- Continually review, maintain and ensure the data integrity and credibility of the information contained in the RBS cost book file.

**Project Cost Reconciliation & Accounting**
- Working with the site Accounting and corporate Accounting teams:

- Prepare monthly reconciliations of month to date and life to date project costs with site costs received by the Accounting team and actively resolves cost discrepancies.
- Assist accounting define the CAPEX/OPEX treatment for new projects.

**Project Budgeting and Forecasting**
- Working with the Project teams and Budgeting and Forecasting team:

- Prepare and coordinate monthly project forecast in coordination with the Project Managers & budget holders.
- Ensures RBS project budgeting and forecasting comply and align with the client's practices and guidance.
- Collaborates with the Budgeting and Forecasting Team on annual and periodic budgeting and forecasting requirements.

**Qualifications**
- 5-10 years of experience in Project Control Roles is required
- Experience in Project Control roles on Program and/or Portfolio of digital technology projects is preferred
- Experience in agile project management is an asset
- Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to handle competing priorities
- Solid software skills in Excel is required, experience with SharePoint, MS PowerBI, and Project Online are preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
