**Junior Project Controls Specialist**:
In this entry-level role, you'll be part of our dynamic project controls team, aiding in project planning, scheduling, cost management, and overall project performance analysis. If you are passionate about data, love problem-solving, and want to learn the ins and outs of project controls, we would love to hear from you.

**What you'll do**:

- Assist in the preparation of project plans and schedules to identify project phases and track progress.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate project cost control measures, such as budgets and forecasts.
- Capture, compile, and analyze project data to support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations.
- Participate in project meetings, note key actions and decisions, and help ensure these are communicated and followed up.
- Assist in risk analysis and mitigation planning.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with collaborators at all levels of the organization.

**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Some exposure to data analysis, through coursework or previous roles.
- Strong interest in project management and controls.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
- Knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools is an asset.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is an asset.
