Job Responsibilities:
Perform various carpentry tasks including measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing materials.

Construct, repair, and install structural and non-structural components of buildings.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine carpentry requirements.

Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.

Ensure the quality and accuracy of workmanship, adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.

Maintain and repair existing structures and fixtures.

Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment.

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other tradespeople.

Provide guidance and training to junior carpenters as needed.

Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.

Essential Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a carpenter.

Proficiency in measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and equipment.

Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Desired Experience:
Experience in residential construction or renovation projects.

Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Certification or apprenticeship in carpentry.

Experience with various carpentry tools and equipment.

Ability to estimate materials and labor costs.

Excellent time management skills.
