**Qualification and Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Journeyman Carpenter (Red Seal) preferred but will consider a combination of relevant education and experience AND/OR apprentice carpenter with minimum 2 years experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Own vehicle and clear Drivers Abstract
- Must have own hand tools
- OFA training is considered an asset
- Display ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Prior experience and familiarity with making custom concrete forms is considered an asset

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Skilled in rough and finish carpentry work
- Be knowledgeable and familiar with construction documents, drawings, and local building codes
- To construct various architectural components based on provided blueprints
- Arrive on site prepared for work with the tools necessary to complete required tasks
- General housekeeping including maintaining a tidy and orderly job site
- Moving/loading/unloading various materials
- Setup/removal of protection material for finished work (i.e. laying melamine, laying drop sheets, setting up plastic coverings, etc.)
- To build and install millwork plus concrete forms
- To construct high end back-framing (fireplaces, roofs, etc.)
- Various other tasks as required

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $22.00-$45.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
