**About Forge Health**

We are a multidisciplinary clinic that offers physiotherapy, massage therapy, ICBC active rehabilitation, acupuncture ,clinical counselling, naturopathic medicine, exercise therapy, personal training and athletic conditioning. We are looking to add other similar awesome minded, driven professionals to our team.
- **Forge Health**_ is looking for an energetic, driven over-achiever to join our team of exceptionally skilled practitioners.
- **Roles and Responsibilities**_

**Administrative Support**:

- _Answer telephone inquires._
- _Book and adjust appointments for patients._
- _Collect and process payments._
- _Complete and monitor daily accounting procedures including cash out._
- _Complete end-of-day bi-weekly bank deposits._
- _Maintain, replenish, and restock supplies & inventory_

**Key Competencies**:

- _Ability to problem solve_
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills_
- _Leadership skills_
- _Basic understanding of accounting practices_
- _Detail-oriented and outstanding organizational skills_
- _Self-motivated and driven to succeed_

**Skills Required**:

- _Must be comfortable using Mac operating systems especially numbers & pages_
- _Experience with the software JaneApp and Airtable is an asset_
- _Housekeeping:_
- _Disinfect and wipe down clinic hot spots_
- _Maintain clinic tidiness and organization_
- _Maintain clean linens for the clinic_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
