We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to add to our team.

**Job Summary**

Performs customer service work for an established list of customers including answering general inquiries, processing orders, addressing customer product complaints, and administrating invoices, credits and quotes.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive and process all incoming countertop orders for assigned customer list based on established procedures and guidelines
- Provide price quotes for customers as requested in a timely manner
- Enter information from the customer’s order into the data-entry system. Review orders to ensure accuracy and completion
- Respond to daily general customer inquiries and complaints about products
- Prints customer invoice and matches statement to returned signed packing slips. Ensure accuracy of the invoices using shipping records
- Send invoices to customers through specified means within established timeframes to ensure terms of payment are met
- Create return paperwork for defective or damaged countertops
- Notify customers of any changes with respect to pricing, product changes, plant shutdown dates or any other necessary information
- Other duties as assigned

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to effectively communication both verbally and in writing

**Experience and Professional Qualifications**
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years’ experience in customer service doing account management
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
