**Job Summary**

This position will be reporting directly to the Quality Manager. You will also be working closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, & Maintenance teams. The role will focus on product monitoring and process compliance to ensure internal and external customer requirements are met and satisfied. Auditing, inspection, & testing will be applied in this role to capture evidence in the form of data and facts to ensure products and processes are compliant to standards, specifications, and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to all Fibracast health & safety policies.
- Adhere to and work within the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations.
- Develop, submit for approval, and deploy written instructions & forms.
- Assist with Developing and implementing Inspection & Test plans and audit plans.
- Assist the QA Engineer with Inspection, Measuring & Test Equipment calibration compliance.
- Collect and compile QA data and record in databases to ensure timely reporting.
- Evaluate product through the production stages testing the composition, appearance, and functionality of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.
- Validating team member work is compliant to product standards and methods.
- Assist with training employees on quality standards, specifications, instructions, and forms.
- Document defects capturing the concern, the cause, and the countermeasure(s) taken to resolve.
- Assist with preparing and presenting quality audit and inspection reports to the management team.
- Assist with containment action when product is found to be nonconforming.

- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint)

**Work Environment**
- Climate controlled production floor and office work environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
