**Job Summary**
The QA Auditor role monitors product and process compliance to ensure internal and external customer requirements are met and satisfied. Using auditing, inspection, & testing; the quality auditor captures evidence in the form of data and facts to ensure products and processes are compliant to standards and regulations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Evaluating production stages and testing the composition, appearance, and functionality of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.
- Validating team member work is compliant to product standards and methods.
- Training employees on quality standards and procedures.
- Documenting defects capturing the concern, the cause, and the countermeasure(s) taken to resolve.
- Preparing and presenting quality audit & inspection reports to the management team.
- Ensuring containment action is taken when product is found to be nonconforming.
- Assist with Developing and implementing Inspection & Test plans and audit plans.
- Prepare, communicate, & train Team Members on Quality Alerts and One Point Lessons.
- Assist the QA Engineer with Inspection, Measuring & Test Equipment calibration compliance.
**Education and Experience**
- College Diploma
- Certification in ASQC CQT, CQA or CQI is an asset
- Practical knowledge of using the seven quality tools (Check Sheets, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Process Maps, Histograms, Run Control Charts, Pareto Charts, & Scatter Plots.
- Be familiar with Lean Concepts such as Gemba, 5S, TPM.
- 3 years experience in manufacturing: Inspecting, Testing, & Auditing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
