Who We Are:
Forecast Coffee is a local coffee company serving great coffee up and down the Sea to Sky. We are a small team, focused on making a positive impact with our business - from the customers and our employees to the community and our environment.

We serve excellent coffee, along with breakfast, lunch, snacks and a selection of wine, cocktails and local beers on tap.

We are currently hiring for our location on Main Street in the heart of Mt. Pleasant. This is a high-volume, licensed café/bar and provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a great team, create a vibrant atmosphere and bring Forecast Coffee to Vancouver.

We are hiring a front of house position as barista, bartender and food prep in full time and part time roles to work at our Main Street location. Our staff rotate through all positions on the floor so ability to multitask is an asset.

Must Have These

Barista training and experience (considered a strong asset)

Previous Kitchen experience a strong asset

Previous Bartending/hosting a strong asset

Serve-it-Right Certificate

Friendly and positive attitude

Able to deliver great customer service in a busy environment

Ability to work as a team, while following direction from manager and supervisors

Community engagement - demonstrate active involvement or interest in community events and motivated to build positive relationships in the neighborhood.

Training will be provided - however experience in some (or all) of these aspects will be considered a great asset.
