**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to the highest standards, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and promotional items.
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, counters, and seating areas.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee bar supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient cafe environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about coffee preparation and presentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and help out in various areas of the coffee shop
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
