**You will**
- Support Anthem’s Director of Community Relations and Vertical Development House Team.
- Contribute to a number of exciting development projects in Anthem’s real estate portfolio.
- Help develop community engagement programs and execute project deliverables to support the approval of Anthem’s real estate projects.
- Work within the scope of Anthem’s community relations process while meeting municipal requirements.
- Plan and attend various community and public information meetings and contribute to a project’s Public Hearing process.
- Support Anthem’s tenant relocation process.
- Support Anthem’s charitable giving team and execute on Anthem’s giving strategy.

**You have**
- Post-Secondary Education.
- 1+ years full-time or co-op work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to create basic communication material (e.g. power point presentations, project fact sheets, etc.)
- Excellent time-management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to commit to occasional evening and weekend work.
