**Summary of Purpose**:
The Supply Chain Planner position is a key role within our strategic plan for Supply Chain management. Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance short term priorities and exceptional information analysis skills are a necessity. Key objectives will be achieving/improving/exceeding targeted customer service levels, managing inventory levels and targets, and managing supply and demand within the Global supply chain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute procurement of packaging components from global suppliers as well as product bulk.
- Maintain strong working relationships and communications with manufacturing and Packaging sites to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries
- Proactively report product and material availability issues
- Analyze and manage inventory data in Oracle, including month end sales postings
- Inventory Management: Support reporting, inventory, Product Life Cycle management
- Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information
- Supplier Management: RFQ, Cost saving initiatives, Negotiations, Supplier relationship/evaluation
- Project management: assist with new product launches
- Provide support to Customer Service, and Distribution center. Approve customer orders, review and approve requests for Credits/Debits. Manage wholesaler’s inquiries
- Provide support to the Sales team, and Product Management with business and product strategy
- Participate and contribute to quarterly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process
- Complete special projects and assignments as requested
- Reporting Safety Information, Product Quality Complaint and Customer Feedback as per training on current procedures
- Performs other related duties as required

**Qualifications and Key Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years Supply Chain (planning & procurement) experience
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)
- Bilingual French and English
- Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
