With 25+ years in the Microsoft ecosystem and 13+ years specifically in AX and F&O, they've built deep expertise helping manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution companies transform their operations. They're expanding their team with three new hires over the coming months due to strong pipeline growth. This is a stable, long-standing partner known for their collaborative approach, transparent communication, and commitment to delivering tailored solutions rather than cookie-cutter implementations. What You'll Build You'll lead Supply Chain Management implementations for D365 F&O clients across manufacturing and distribution: Conduct full-cycle implementations from requirements through go-live and support Lead business process mapping and requirements gathering for SCM modules Configure and optimize D365 F&O supply chain functionality: Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Production, Transportation, Planning Analyze client operations and translate business needs into D365 solutions Facilitate workshops with clients to understand their supply chain challenges Design solutions that leverage D365 best practices while meeting specific business requirements Provide post-implementation support and optimization You'll work primarily with clients in Quebec (mainly manufacturing and distribution companies), with occasional travel for on-site work. What You Need Required: 5+ years experience in ERP implementations 5+ years consulting experience with AX/D365 F&O Full-cycle D365 Finance & Operations implementation experience Strong understanding of supply chain processes and SCM modules in D365 F&O Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field Bilingual (French/English) with strong verbal and written communication skills Eligible to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit) Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site client work in Quebec Valuable: Microsoft D365 F&O certifications Other Microsoft certifications Deep expertise in specific SCM modules (WMS, Production, Planning) Manufacturing or distribution industry experience Your Growth Path You'll join an experienced team with 13+ years in the AX and F&O space, working in a collaborative environment with a family feel.
