Business Analyst/Functional Consultant

I'm working with an established Microsoft Dynamics partner in Quebec looking for a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant specializing in D365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Management. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, family-feel team that's been delivering successful implementations for over 25 years.

My client is a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Business Applications with over 6,000 successful Dynamics 365 projects delivered. With 25+ years in the Microsoft ecosystem and 13+ years specifically in AX and F&O, they've built deep expertise helping manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution companies transform their operations.

They're expanding their team with three new hires over the coming months due to strong pipeline growth. This is a stable, long-standing partner known for their collaborative approach, transparent communication, and commitment to delivering tailored solutions rather than cookie-cutter implementations.

You'll lead Supply Chain Management implementations for D365 F&O clients across manufacturing and distribution:
Conduct full-cycle implementations from requirements through go-live and support
Lead business process mapping and requirements gathering for SCM modules
Configure and optimize D365 F&O supply chain functionality: Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Production, Transportation, Planning
Analyze client operations and translate business needs into D365 solutions
Facilitate workshops with clients to understand their supply chain challenges
Design solutions that leverage D365 best practices while meeting specific business requirements
Provide post-implementation support and optimization
You'll work primarily with clients in Quebec (mainly manufacturing and distribution companies), with occasional travel for on-site work. The company values strong client relationships, and being on-site is important to their approach.

5+ years experience in ERP implementations
~Full-cycle D365 Finance & Operations implementation experience
~ Strong understanding of supply chain processes and SCM modules in D365 F&O
~ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
~ Bilingual (French/English) with strong verbal and written communication skills
~ Eligible to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit)
~ Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site client work in Quebec

Other Microsoft certifications
Deep expertise in specific SCM modules (WMS, Production, Planning)
