**Brewer/Production Assistant - Full Time**

Want to work with us? We are currently looking to add a full time Brewer/Production Assistant to our team. Whether you are an experienced brewer, or want to take your home brew to the next level, we are accepting entry level applicants

**The duties of this position will include, but are not limited to**:

- Ensuring quality and consistency of our beer
- Completing and recording daily monitoring of brews during fermentation
- Perform equipment inspections and any necessary maintenance
- Recipe development and execution on a pilot brew system
- Cleaning, filling and transferring of kegs
- Safe operation of pump carts and forklift
- Working with industrial strength chemicals during the process of tank cleaning

**Qualifications and Necessary Skills**:

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers professionally
- Keep attention to detail and accuracy in work for longer hours
- Ability to perform physically exertive labor for longer hours
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions of the hands and wrists
- Able to utilize their time effectively in task completion, without supervision
- Strong work ethic and punctual
