As a Junior Service & Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for helping service customers with their vehicle concerns and needs in a courteous and professional way.
- Base hourly wage plus bonuses based on performance.
- Continuous Training in the automotive industry

**Requirements**:
A clean driver’s abstract / driving record
Comfortable driving a wide range of vehicles, Automotive knowledge / Enthusiast
Previous automotive & CDK experience will be considered an asset
Ability to work on Saturdays
Great communication skills
Computer literacy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional listening

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Greet customers in a professional & courteous manner
Complete vehicle perimeter inspections / walk arounds
Listen to customers and thoroughly document their concerns on a work order
Write up work orders on customer vehicle and internal units (new & used cars)
Monitor repair status of vehicles throughout the day & keep customers updated
Explain repairs and processes to customers

Ensure that customers are aware of maintenance schedules

Arrange & manage customer parking areas as well as move around vehicles.

Parts department operations, Sales & product look up

Assist Senior Service Advisors
Complete tasks assigned by Service Manager

**Salary**: $16.50-$22.50 per hour
