**Join the MyVIPConcierge Team as a Residential Concierge**

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service? MyVIPConcierge is excited to announce we are hiring **two or more experienced Concierges** to join our team at a prestigious residential building.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Concierge, you will

  • Provide outstanding services to residents, guided by senior management's instructions.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, guests, contractors, and fellow staff members.
  • Warmly welcome residents and guests upon arrival.
  • Maintain the reception area and common spaces to ensure cleanliness and comfort.
  • Respond promptly and politely to resident requests.
  • Stay stationed at the reception desk, except when required elsewhere within the property.
  • Ensure building security is upheld at all times.
  • Assist residents and their guests as needed.
  • Manage mail distribution for the property.
  • Monitor individuals entering the property, ensuring they have a right to be present.
  • Answer calls, handle general inquiries, and log messages and events.
  • Supervise contractors on-site, ensuring mínimal disruption to residents.
  • Take on additional duties as directed by management.

**What We’re Looking For**

  • **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years in hospitality or a Concierge role.
  • **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in intermediate IT systems.
  • **Professionalism**: A warm, friendly, and proactive approach to serving residents.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
