**Job Title**: Security Professional - Concierge**Location**: Calgary, Alberta

**Type**: Full-time

**Rate of Pay**:$ 18.00 - 18.50/ per hour

**Shift**:Sunday - Saturday 0000-0800

Allied Universal® is hiring a **Security Professional - Concierge**. The position will be responsible for ensuring that all associates and visitors entering a building lobby are assisted in a professional and courteous manner. The Security Professional - Concierge will attend to all tenants and guests with a superior level of customer service with an understanding of their needs and the ability to assist them with a multitude of tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
- Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
- Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English, with strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills to produce clear and concise reports and understand rules, regulations, policies, and similar instructions.
- Exceptional customer service experience; preferably where face-to-face contact with the public was required
- Eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours per week.
- Hold a valid Security Guard License.
- Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring.
- Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED, or equivalent work experience.
