**Overview**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Camp Leader to join our team( **Volunteer**) position **Only**. The Camp Leader will play a pivotal role in creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children during camp sessions. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for working with children and possess skills in education and early childhood development. The Camp Leader will be responsible for leading activities, providing guidance, and ensuring the well-being of all campers.

**Duties**
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical activity.
- Supervise campers at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all campers feel valued and respected.
- Educate campers on various topics through interactive lessons and hands-on activities.
- Provide tutoring support to campers who may need additional assistance in specific areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding camper progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive camp experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the camp area, including equipment and supplies.

**Requirements**:

- We will train the camp leaders before the starting date.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Creative thinking skills to develop engaging activities that capture children's interest.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children of various ages.
