Indigo is looking for a **Part-Time Key Administrator** to support our Valet team at **Toronto Pearson International Airport**. This dynamic position places you at the centre of efficient vehicle operations and top-tier customer service.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a Key Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring valet operations run smoothly. From managing keys to supporting vehicle flow, you’ll help create a seamless experience for our clients and team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Receiving and organizing keys and tickets for valet and car care vehicles
- Entering data accurately into our system and updating internal reports
- Tracking vehicle movements and ensuring accountability
- Retrieving keys promptly for outgoing vehicles
- Communicating effectively with Valet Attendants in person and over radio
- Answering client calls and providing timely, helpful information
- Assisting with vehicle relocation during peak times when needed

**What You Bring**:

- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- A valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to stay composed under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexibility and reliability to support operations during high-demand periods, particularly on **weekends and afternoons**
