The Inventory Specialist role is to ensure inventory accuracy, inventory Specialist manages the inventory of the Delta Warehouse. This position consists of all duties and responsibilities listed below and ad hoc duties as required.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate and disseminate daily tasks for Inventory Associates. Ensuring all responsibilities are fulfilled, ensuring inventory across the Delta Warehouse maintains an overall accuracy level of over 99%.
- Lead and uphold manufacturing changes, adapting, and adhering to the compliance of Moe’s Home Collections internal policies and guidelines.
- Take point on returns and process quickly and efficiently.
- Track and process orphan and missing piece units efficiently as replacements arrive from overseas.
- Add or remove inventory from stock as needed with an exceptionally high degree of accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts and bin audits daily to ensure proper picking procedures are being followed as needed.
- Assists the process and operations of claims, Q/C claim product shipments
- Regularly directly communicate with multiple departments outside of the Delta, WA Warehouse

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- (1) year related Inventory management or location auditing experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Previous lead or supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
