As our **Sales Administrator,** you will be reporting to the VP of Sales. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the Global Sales Team. They provide accurate reporting pulled from various systems and support enterprise and vendor registration with regulatory, legal and technical documentation. The Sales Administrator will work cross functionally to ensure the smooth operations of the sales team including collaboration with the Logistics and Production Teams in terms of shipping and delivery of scanners to Clarius customers. Additionally, the Sales Administrator will support the Sales Team with product demonstration and education event inventory.
- This is a full-time position with a hybrid model if your located in Vancouver BC, or remote if your outside of Vancouver BC.**You will**
- Confidently respond to customers, partners and colleagues, requests in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate business analytics support to Sales Management and the Territory Managers.
- Support the Sales Team with product demonstration inventory and other event focused items, on-site and at off-site vendors and meetings.
- Partner with Territory Managers to support and measure sales performance metrics
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required via various systems including Salesforce, Excel, Business Objects, NetSuite, etc.
- Partner with IT, Finance to strategize and plan annual sales system requirements and monitor progress towards completion
- Support enterprise sales strategy with requests for proposals (RFPs) and vendor registration; partner with Legal, Finance, IT and RA Teams on required documentation for submission
- Manage inbound/outbound follow up activity on Clarius membership renewal requests
- Provide administrative support to leadership team (expenses, travel bookings and other duties as assigned)
**You have**
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Great proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite Tools and Salesforce
- Ability to present data and analysis to multiple members
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks with effective time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy in record keeping and correspondence
- Good knowledge of shipping and receiving practices, customer relations, and inventory management
- Experience with processing quotes, orders, invoices, and payments
- Perform administrative duties such as document handling, file management, tradeshow and workshop support and other clerical tasks for the Sales Team
- Basic understanding of business and accounting practices
