Carling Motors Volvo is currently looking for a Full Time Service Manager to join our team Carling Motors ensures that all staff is trained to the highest standards to guarantee that we provide the best service experience in Ottawa and we want to continue to provide a top tier experience for our customers. This is why we are looking for someone to come join our professional and experienced team as a Service Manager.

**As the Service Manager, your responsibilities will be to**:

- Ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Production, and profitability of the service department including the performance of individuals.
- Training and coaching staff members on internal processes, policies and procedures from Volvo.
- Overseeing the detailing department
- Warranty policy and procedures and ensuring prompt submission and collecting of claims
- Implement ongoing strategies for service merchandising.
- Participate actively in regular dealer meetings and departmental sales and profit forecasts.
- Health and Safety
- Have effective communication skills, leadership skills, and be highly organized and process driven.
- Have experience working in a dealership environment
- Have an exceptional customer satisfaction track record.
- **Bilingualism is an asset.**:

- **Experience with CDK is an asset**
