Executive Mat Service (EMS) is looking for **Service Sales Area Lead’s** to focus on growing our organization in **new growth markets**, while embarking on an exciting fast-paced career path with an entrepreneurial spirit. EMS’s Service Sales Area Lead role is a critical role in contributing to EMS’s National Growth Strategy. EMS is strategically entering new growth markets, where great career growth and opportunities await. These growth markets present new market share growth opportunities and EMS is looking for eager individuals to grow and develop areas into full EMS Eco Centers. EMS provides ongoing leadership training and a career development plan to ensure Service Sales Area Leads can perform at their fullest potential while contributing to the overall National Growth Strategy.

Key Responsibilities Service Sales Area Lead:

- Plan and execute daily schedule for calls/deliveries in assigned Area.
- Securing new business service contracts and achieving/exceeding sales area performance goals.
- Driving Truck/Van for deliveries to customers.
- Handle customer service issues and provide service resolutions.
- **Execute on EMS Customer Service Absolutes**.
- Developing service area systems, while growing area into larger branch by increased customer base and routes.
- Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process improvement, and cycle time with all sales and services activities.
- Work with organizations CRM to document and update prospects sales pipeline and prospective client pertinent information on a timely basis.

Service Sales Area Lead receive:

- starting wage $25.00hr work 5 days per week - great benefits and Company-matched RRSP Program.

Required
- Valid driver's license
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Excellent written and oral communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to lift 50Lbs
