The individual in this role provides customer service to internal and external customers by managing inquiries, confirming orders, providing pricing, and providing technical advice as required. You Will: - Issue RGA’s and initiate IMS’s within QAD - Canada and GTA Rep Agency support - EDI support - Manage open quotations - Item Master Set-up - Liaison with Operations Department - Assist Department Manager/Supervisor as required - Escalate/refer complaints to appropriate department for follow up - Maintain customer database - Capacity to take on more complex tasks - Possess wider product knowledge - Other duties as required or delegated by Dept. Supervisor/Manager You Have: - Post-secondary education or equivalent experience. - Three years of relevant work experience; demonstrated multitasking and time management in a client facing role. - Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office or equivalent. Working knowledge of mainframe system. - Strong client focus and ability to work under pressure.
