**Main Responsibilities**:
Major responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Manage all payroll requests/changes
- Manage all benefits and RRSP/DPSP contributions
- Produce periodic reports for all Workers Compensation Boards
- Manage Workforce Now Database maintenance (i.e. vacation rates, benefit rates/employee files/holiday programs, employee residence status, etc.)
- Year-end payroll reporting and employee T2200 forms as required
- Employee commission calculations
- Assist in general accounting tasks (training will be offered for all accounting tasks)
- Collaborate with HR

**Main Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge and experience with ADP/WFN (in order to move away from comprehensive services), minimum 5 years
- Knowledge of basic accounting
- Knowledge of payroll legislation in various provinces
- Solid communication skills: Bilingualism (French and English: oral and written)
- Member of Canadian Payroll Association an asset
- Knowledge of SAGE an asset
- Person should be responsible, have good problem-solving abilities, honest, and respectful of confidential information
- Autonomous
- Fast learner
