Purchasing Card Coordinator

**Job Description**:
The Purchasing Card Coordinator is a vital role linking our homes, vendors and finance departments and will primarily be responsible for maintaining and administering the P-Card program and functioning as the point of contact for all questions and related enquiries.
Accountabilities as a Procurement Card Coordinator:
- Support and train site level managers with p-card processes and deadlines;- Demonstrate exemplary customer service;- Develop and maintain strong and healthy relationships with internal and external customers;- Timely and accurate processing of p-card related activities;- Timely and accurate responses to all p-card inquiries, residence p-card related issues and Manager;- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed in compliance with our internal controls;- Review processes and identify improvements; and- Maintain working instructions of processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for approximately 1000 P-Card cardholders;- Providing strategic guidance and support for cardholders;-
- Data management, oversight and reporting including cardholder listings, account statuses etc.;- Provides training and guidance to the P-Card cardholders regarding policies and procedures;- Account maintenance, as required such as MCC restrictions, temporary and/or permanent changes to cardholders’ account limits, closing accounts etc.;- Complete all other tasks as assigned.
What You Bring- Degree or diploma in Business or related field;- 2-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity;- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;- Effective use of organization and planning skills with attention to detail and follow through;- Knowledge of Accounting and or Supply Chain practices and principles;
