**Maintenance Technician - Day Shift**

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for problem solving and equipment maintenance? Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and longevity of our machinery. If you have strong mechanical skills, experience with electrical troubleshooting, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of equipment
- Troubleshooting of equipment repairs
- Liaise with equipment suppliers/OEM’s, contractors
- Operate forklift, scissor lift, lifting devices
- Ad hoc groundskeeping, minor facility repair, general plant cleanliness
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company safety protocols.
- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications/Experience/Requirements**:

- Strong Safety mindset
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Forklift, scissor lift, lifting device experiences will be considered assets
- Electrical certification
- 309A or 442A is strongly preferred
- Plumbing experience is an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset
- Must be comfortable working at heights up to 15-20 feet
- Must be able to lift, and/or move, up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and or move more than 100 pounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
