**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our business development efforts. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be crucial in driving sales opportunities and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

**Duties**
- Conduct research to identify potential leads in various markets, focusing on technology sales and related industries.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage lead data and track interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- **Social Media Content Creation**: Design and manage engaging posts, reels, and stories to showcase our services and promotions.
- **Client Communication & Retention**: Interact with new and existing clients to build lasting relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- **Paid Advertising**: Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- **Google Listing Management**: Keep our Google Business Profile updated with accurate information and fresh content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development or lead generation, preferably within technology sales.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive client experience.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about new technologies and industry trends related to sales.
- Previous experience in technical sales is a plus but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.33-$23.16 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
