**JOB SUMMARY**
Legends Haul, a leading provider of high-quality food products, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Part-Time/Casual Demo Station Representative.** In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and engaging with customers at grocery stores and special events.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
Product Promotion and Customer Engagement:
- Set up and operate demo stations at designated grocery stores and special events to showcase our products
- Engage with customers, introduce our products, and provide information about their features, benefits, and usage
- Offer samples to customers, encouraging them to try our products and answering any questions they may have
- Actively promote our brand, highlighting our unique selling points and differentiating us from competitors
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive and memorable experience for potential customers
Sales and Upselling:
- Utilize effective sales techniques to drive product sales and meet assigned targets
- Demonstrate persuasive skills to influence customer purchasing decisions and upsell additional products or related items
- Educate customers on the value and benefits of our products, emphasizing their quality and nutritional aspects
- Maintain knowledge of our product portfolio, including ingredients, sourcing, and production processes, to address customer inquiries accurately
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Familiarize yourself with our product range, including their unique features, ingredients, and preparation instructions
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging products, and customer preferences to provide relevant and up-to-date information to customers
- Attend training sessions and product briefings to enhance your product knowledge and selling techniques
Event Coordination and Reporting:
- Coordinate with store managers, event organizers, and internal stakeholders to schedule demo station appearances
- Ensure all necessary supplies, equipment, and product samples are prepared and available for each event
- Provide timely and accurate reports on demo station activities, including customer feedback, sales data, and product performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights, customer feedback, and suggestions for product improvement or marketing strategies
**ROLE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Part-time/casual availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Willingness to adapt to varying schedules and locations based on the demands of demo station appearances
- Proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment
- Reliable and responsible, demonstrating punctuality and commitment to scheduled shifts and events
- Genuine enthusiasm for food products and the ability to communicate that passion to customers
- Strong sales and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with customers
