We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our Corporate Sales Team as a Sales Support/Sales Representative, based in Coquitlam.

As a Sales Support/Sales Representative, you will be an essential part of our small, dynamic, and relatively new Corporate Sales Team. You will play a vital role in supporting the Corporate Sales Team while also contributing to building and maintaining relationships with key retailers. Your role will involve administrative and customer support tasks alongside some sales responsibilities to ensure smooth operations within the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the Corporate Sales Team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, maintaining client records, and organizing sales documentation.
- Help coordinate communication between the sales team and clients, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
- Support the team in preparing product presentations and proposals.
- **Account Management**:

- Build and nurture relationships with existing corporate accounts by providing high-level customer service.
- Address and resolve client inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- **Business Development (Support)**:

- Work alongside senior sales representatives to identify potential corporate customers and support efforts to approach new accounts.
- Assist in the process of getting our products listed with new retailers by supporting negotiations and managing follow-ups.
- **Sales Reporting and Strategy Support**:

- Assist in preparing and reviewing sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work with the team to ensure that sales KPIs and goals are met.

**Requirements**:

- **Sales or Administrative Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, sales, or administrative roles, preferably in the food industry.
- Experience in corporate sales or working with larger retail chains is an asset.
- **Skills and Abilities**:

- Sales or Administrative Experience.

- **Other Requirements**:

- Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
**- Basic proficiency in Korean**

**Assets**:

- **Language Skills**:Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Tagalog is an asset, supporting engagement with a diverse client base.
