**Key Responsibilities**

Under the direction of the IEIS Analyst & Data Quality Supervisor, processes electronic police occurrence reports, ensuring accurate entry and management of police information on the Police Information Management System.

(1) Verifies accurate linking and information entry of occurrence reports into the Police Information Management System, checking reports for inconsistencies and deficiencies against the requirements of the Regina Police Service policy.
(2) Confirms appropriate tasking procedures for all occurrence reports.
(3) Codes occurrence reports according to the uniform crime reporting rules for CCJS.
(4) Train all new users on the appropriate IEIS use and business processes for information flow.
(5) Acts as case management liaison for special projects, defining appropriate information management structure of the project on IEIS, maintaining appropriate tasking and linkage of information and other information management assistance as required for the project.
(6) Other related duties as required.

**Competencies**

(2) Grade 12 or Grade 12 equivalent and Office Education Certificate or Equivalent. Fully competent in the use of the English language.
(3) One to three years experience working with IEIS or other Records Management System.
(4) A demonstrated ability to successfully deliver training to other individuals OR related post secondary education.
(5) Efficient typist (minimum 50 wpm), word processing and computer knowledge with minimum one year experience in an office environment.
(6) Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with persons in efficient and professional manner.
(7) Ability to work in a team environment.
(8) Ability to organize and prioritize work to respond to high demand and high degree of accuracy.
(9) Ability to analyze a situation based on policy and standards and make a decision accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $63,736.00-$76,473.00 per year
