Office Assistant

**Position Description**:
**This is 6 months Contract position.**
**Essential Functions**:
- Maintaining office supplies and copiers
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail daily
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing courier packages including local transfer of documents across locations in Calgary.
- Assisting with the transfer of data within VISUAL ERP such as Customer Orders, Inventory Transfers and other adhoc information.
- Receiving of admin, stationary, services and other office supplies within the ERP against blanket PO’s.
- Archiving and organizing documentation as supporting documents in the share drive.
- Assist with the tracking of monthly fuel usage and environmental reporting.
- Assisting with guests and making arrangements for catering, hard hats and PPE equipment.
- Monitoring of the cleaning services at the assigned location including coordination with the cleaners both internal and external.
- Troubleshooting including liaison with the coffee supplier, landlord and printers for any issues.
**Required Education & Qualifications**:
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role
- Basic Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or with mínimal supervision
- Previous experience in Admin Assistant or similar role is as Asset
