Press Operator
**About the role**: We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our manufacturing team in producing high-quality fiberglass slabs. In this role, you will operate molding presses, handle and load fiberglass molding compounds, inspect finished products, and perform finishing tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain molding presses for fiberglass door slabs.
- Set up and interchange molding jobs as required.
- Accurately measure, cut, and load fiberglass molding compounds into presses.
- Inspect products for quality, perform de-flashing, and ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety protocols.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move materials weighing 20-25 lbs. regularly.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Technical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely.
- Physical stamina and endurance.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
