- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of food preparation and service, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Create and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
- Train and develop staff members in areas such as customer service, food preparation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials.
