**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional hospitality and maintain high performance levels.
- Have a strong profiency in Booking & Accounting.

- Utilize POS systems effectively for order management and financial reporting.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase patronage.**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and financial tracking.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A background in kitchen operations or cooking is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $38,396.06-$50,000.00 per year
