F45 is the World’s leading HIIT Facility. Workouts are 45 minutes with a focus on functional training and HIIT circuits using the industry’s most innovative technology and equipment. F45 workouts and music are globally programmed, and no workout is ever the same. **Responsibilities**: - Lead F45 group fitness classes with high quality energy, passion and fitness knowledge to motivate and drive results for members in a team training environment - High level of personal fitness and regular active participation in physical exercise routines to inspire, motivate and set a strong example for members - Scheduled to work evening"s, minimum 3 days a week and early weekends. - Eager to be actively involved in growing the business and be social media savvy - Ensure studio is maintained to the highest standards **Qualifications**: - Knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, health & nutrition, and group fitness training - Excellent customer service, punctual, and reliable - Current FIS or PT Certification (CanFitPro or similar) - Current First Aid & CPR Certification - 3-5 years of fitness industry experience is an asset Thank you for your interest.
