Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator - Order Processing and Client Communication. As an Administrator in the promotional products industry, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, research abilities, and attention to detail.

**Duties**:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers and fellow associates to clarify order details or address any issues
- Research product information to provide accurate order specifications
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment (where applicable)
- Maintain accurate records of orders, including tracking numbers and delivery dates
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment (where applicable)
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products or special offers
- Proofread order documents for errors or discrepancies

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in order processing or a similar role within the promotional products industry is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research abilities to gather product information
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for order processing (QuickBooks and Microsoft Office strongly preferred; Adobe Illustrator preferred)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
