**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage the overall operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment.
- Oversee budgeting processes, including expense management and resource allocation to ensure financial health.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure proper documentation practices are followed.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care services and streamline operational workflows.
- Implement policies and procedures that promote patient safety and quality of care within the clinic.
- Address patient concerns and feedback to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for necessary medical supplies and equipment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a medical office or dental office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Dentrix software or similar electronic medical record systems is highly desirable.
- Background in human resources management, including staff supervision and training.
- Experience with budgeting processes in a healthcare environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of acute care practices, ideally with experience as a nurse or in hospital settings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
