**Responsibilities**
- Provide overall support relative to Learning & Development plans and needs’ assessments within South Central and Southwestern Ontario regions for Technical and Non-Technical training
- Coordinate the facilitation of learning & development programs including on-site logistics, equipment, catering, and course materials
- Coordinate with internal and external venues and facilitators for learning initiatives and training activities as required
- Collaborate with the National Learning and Development and Regional Human Capital teams to support short-term and long-term strategic direction
- Manage registration deadlines/attendance of regional team members (manage low/late registrations, cancellations, national reporting for concerns)
- Provide routine and ad-hoc reports to regional leaders in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with Regional L&D Coordinators across Canada to provide input, recommendations around strategies for efficient, effective and consistent L&D support and delivery
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Maintain flexibility to travel within Southern Ontario, as necessary

**Skills and Experience**
- Post secondary education in L&D, Human Resources, project management or other related field
- 2 to 3 years of Administration experience is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and administer events
- Excellent written business communication, with very strong detail orientation and organization skills required
- Ability to work at a fast pace to manage multiple demands and competing priorities
- Excels independently and as part of a team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with learning and development program coordination is an asset
- Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
